Har Baji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using the Har Baji website and mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Har Baji and its users.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Har Baji's services. Use of any Har Baji service by minors is strictly prohibited. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. Har Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register on Har Baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions, and any such account will be closed immediately.

• Each individual may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential — sharing it with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Har Baji Support immediately.
• Accounts may not be opened in another person's name or identity.
• Registering an account in the name of a corporate or business entity is prohibited.

Har Baji is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. After registration, Har Baji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time to verify your identity and age.

You may be required to submit one of the following valid ID documents for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides.
• Passport — a clear photo of the data page.
• Birth Certificate — official government digital certificate.
• Driving License — must be within its valid period.

Withdrawal facilities may be limited until KYC verification is complete. Har Baji aims to complete the KYC verification process within 48 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals on Har Baji are fully secure and can be made through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The table below outlines deposit and withdrawal limits along with processing times:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. This limit may be increased in special circumstances.
• Har Baji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if fraudulent transactions are suspected.
• Deposits and withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Har Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty points. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions; failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% of your first deposit — up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Weekly Cashback: Up to 5% of total bets — credited every Monday.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 for every successful referral — activated when your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Har Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

When betting on Har Baji, the following general rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Har Baji initiates the cancellation.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20, and the maximum bet amount varies depending on the sport and market.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Har Baji is not liable for bets not accepted due to network issues during live betting.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Har Baji monitors all betting activity. If unusual betting patterns or the use of betting systems are suspected, bets from that account may be limited or declined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Har Baji platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — registering solely to claim bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Using hacking, malware, or automated software to access the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward Har Baji staff.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party payment methods.

Har Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. An email notice is generally sent before an account is closed.

• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.
• All valid balances may be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• Balances on accounts closed due to Terms & Conditions violations will be settled on a case-by-case basis.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclude temporarily or permanently.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
